I created this course because I've been where you are, doubting your ability to make progress and feeling like everything is working against you. Not so long ago, I was lying on the bathroom floor in total physical and mental distress because of my autoimmune disease, feeling sorry for myself and wondering "why me?" What I didn't know was that my negative mindset was actually preventing me from getting better. It was making things worse. It was causing more stress and more doubt and more inaction. Once I started implementing the mindset work you'll learn in Mindset Reset, my perspective about my situation shifted and my symptoms started improving. I have used these strategies to overcome debilitating anxiety, pull myself out of depression, start my own business, and so much more! My experience has taught me that your mindset is the KEY to making a change. If your thoughts and feelings are not in the right place, you're going to sabotage your goals, whatever they may be. This work is truly the secret to having your healthiest and happiest life.

This is a self-led course containing video lessons, worksheets, journal prompts and bonus resources like guided meditations and tips for implementing the strategies you'll learn. You can do it on your own time!
